Bio

I became a journalist because I’m naturally curious and figured, what could be better than to have an excuse for all my questions?

Now I’m a reporter at Business Insider, where I cover asset management with a focus on hedge funds.

Before that, I was a 2014 Google Journalism Fellow, and reported for the Financial Times’ FundFire and Absolute Return. My work has also appeared in/on the The Atlantic, the Chicago Tribune, Slate, The Nation, the New York Daily News, GlobalPost, Tablet, and the Jewish Daily Forward, among others. Investigative Reporters and Editors and the Society of Professional Journalists have honored my work.

I studied at the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism, with a focus on financial and investigative reporting. While I mostly report and write now, I love photo and video storytelling, too.

My full resume is available on LinkedIn.
